PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed on the same day or within one business day. In some cases, there may be a slight delay if we need to confirm the shipping address for LTL shipments.

SHIPPING METHOD& RATE
Great news! Basic shipping is included with your purchase. Most items will be shipped via CANPAR or Canada Post. Based in Toronto, transit times are approximately 5-7 days to the west coast, 4-5 days to the mid-west, and 2-3 days to the east coast. For items exceeding 150 lbs, we'll utilize LTL (Less than Truck Load) freight shipment, which may take 5-10 days for delivery depending on your region. Kindly provide your best contact phone number, especially for residential addresses, as the freight company may need to schedule a delivery appointment.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Should you require your order sooner, please don't hesitate to reach out for an expedited shipping quote. Please note that an additional shipping charge will apply for expedited delivery services.

PRODUCT WARRANTY
Most of our products come with a 1-year limited warranty, covering shipping damage, factory defects, and mechanical parts including pumps and chains, among others. Exclusions from the warranty include cosmetic damage (such as scratches and paint), wear and tear on pedals and casters. Damages caused by the customer, such as overloading or misuse, are also not covered. It's important to report any shipping damages within 5 days of delivery. Please note that the warranty entails assisting you with repairs and replacement parts; it does not constitute a refund.

RETURN POLICY
You may initiate a return within 30 days from the date of purchase. If there is a manufacturer defect, your return will be processed free of charge. Otherwise, a return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund. For LTL orders, please note that a restocking fee may apply, in addition to the return shipping cost.
